Los Alcázares Mar Y Sol is our newly built house, which has been ready since summer 2025. We are expecting to receive the rental licence soon!
We are very proud of it, since its a very modern stylish house with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. 3 Terraces allow for each element of joy, wheather it's about just reading a book or having a BBQ, or laying in the sun. Each terrace has its purpose, one could say.

Los Alcazares area
The beach is only a walk away and typically takes you 10 to 15 mins. You can walk like 5 kms around the coastline and back.
Same is true for the first restaurants, closeby supermarket and shops.
Another great advantage of Los Alcazares is that we have a large and accessible/flat coastline, which is beneficial for all people.
In some parts of Spain, the coastline is rough and small beaches are separated by rock formations, making it less accessible.
Larger supermarkets of the famous brands are located on the other side of Los Alcazares, which is a 10 mins drive.
Restaurants, bars, pubs etc can be found in various places all over Los Alcazares.
Interested in some real shopping? In 30 mins you're at La Zenia shopping mall, located in Orihuela Costa.
Want to visit some cities with a legacy, you can think of visiting Murcia and Cartagena, both accessible within 1 hrs drive.

Mar Menor - La Manga
Los Alcazares Mar Y Sol is located just outside the city/village of Los Alcazares, on a newly developed area destined to host a number of houses/villas. The area is very close to La Serena golf resort. If you're a golfer, mind the other 15 golf resorts in the larger area!
Los Alcazares is small city or perhaps even just a village of 20.000 people, located at the Mar Menor, providing a micro climate.
Mar Menor is a secluded part of the sea, based on a embankment in the sea.
This ensures calm water and a gently sloping coastline, which is ideal for children or less good swimmers to still enjoy the sea. Restaurants, bars, a few hotels, you will find it all on a small scale. Mass tourism has not yet settled here and we are very happy about that.
The village centre of Los Alcazares offers space for numerous murals that decorate the streetscape. In this village centre you can also find a lot of entertainment, which creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoyment is central here. In South America they would say: Pura Vida!

Hello, we are Geert & Sehra, a Belgian/Dutch couple, with a pronounced love for the Spanish sun!
Our Spanish adventure started at the end of 2023 with a spontaneous visit to the Costa Cálida. The proximity of several golf resorts and the microclimate of Mar Menor made us dream of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Enjoyment is our motto, and where better to do that than under the Spanish sun, with a delicious sangria, tapas and the warm personality of the Spaniards.
